Write to hello@lokalt.eu and a person will answer. Say which app and which iPhone, and describe what you expected to happen — that is usually enough to find it.
The app asks the App Store on every launch and believes the answer. Check you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, then open the app's menu and choose Restore purchases. If it still refuses, write to us.
The free tier gives one puzzle a day and counts a puzzle when it is solved rather than when it is started, so an abandoned puzzle is not spent. Starting again hands back the same puzzle, deliberately: the point is a puzzle a day, not the pick of the day's puzzles.
Not at the moment. Progress lives on the device and nowhere else, which is the same decision as having no account — the price of nothing to lose is nothing to carry over.
Your progress screen has a Reset progress control. It clears your streak, your times and the puzzle you are in the middle of, and it cannot be undone.
Check the speaker button in the puzzle header, and check your phone is not on silent. Sound and colour move together: each place has its own soundscape, and turning the ambience off leaves the game sounds alone.
